1. Digital Services Overview
SanviTools services are digital. All free calculators, educational notes, mock tests, and mind maps on our site are provided at no cost and require no payment to access.
2. Premium Licenses & Refunds
For premium licenses and paid features, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase under the following circumstances:
- Your payment was successfully deducted but the premium license or service failed to activate.
- An accidental double payment was processed for the same purchase transaction.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds will be issued once a premium license or digital service has been successfully activated and used, except at our sole discretion.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
