1. How to Install the App (PWA Installation)
Our calculators and study utilities are built as Progressive Web Apps (PWA). You can install them directly onto your device's home screen without using the App Store or Google Play Store.
Android (Chrome)
- Open the tool landing page in Chrome.
- Tap the “Install App” button or select the browser options menu (three dots).
- Tap “Add to Home screen” or “Install app” and confirm.
iPhone / iOS (Safari)
- Open the tool landing page in Safari.
- Tap the “Share” button at the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”, then confirm.
PC / Desktop
- Open the site in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- Look for the Install Icon (downwards arrow inside screen) on the right side of the address bar.
- Click the icon and select Install.
2. Troubleshooting & FAQ
Question: Why is the “Install App” button not appearing on mobile?
Solution: If you clicked the website link inside a social media app (like Facebook or Instagram), it opens inside an in-app webview. In-app webviews block PWA install prompt triggers. To fix this, copy the URL and paste it directly into your device's standalone browser app, such as Google Chrome (Android) or Safari (iOS).
Question: Does the app really work without internet?
Solution:Yes, but you must open the page at least once while connected to the internet. This allows your browser's service worker to download and cache the application code. Once cached, the tools and notes will open and execute locally even without internet.
Question: What should I do if a calculation result seems incorrect?
Solution: Salary calculations can vary based on department rules. If you find a discrepancy in our calculator estimates, please contact us via email with your parameters and expected results so we can review and update the tool logic.
